SELECTION

The prime concern of the staffing in the management process is the timely fulfilling the requirement of the organisation. It begins with a selection process with stringent parameters when an adequate number of applications of qualified candidates have been collected during the recruitment process. The selection of personnel is tested in terms of on-the-job of the required service. 

TRAINING

Training & development is provided to improve the current or future employee’s performance by increasing their ability to perform their best through learning new skills and knowledge. Pre-Deployment Activity

Before taking up any assignment for the company, our operation team visits the site for a survey to analyse and understand the client requirements in their premises. A detailed set of instructions including charter of duties for personnel, client’s pain points and expectations from the staff, emergency procedures and other relevant details are drawn. Based on survey details, candidates are screened and selected as per designed setup.

Post Deployment Activity

Our hired personnel are supervised by area officers and managers who visit the site during day and night for surprise checks. Apart from physical check and inspection, we monitor their movement remotely through an app or constant communication. Attendance of candidates with time and location punch is also automated. The rotation of personnel is done preferably every year or as per client’s requirement. The staff can be transferred, as we do not encourage our staff to become familiar with employees and the company environment for safety reasons.
